Liiivv Inc. is a lifestyle company based in Gifu City, Japan. Guided by our Purpose — “Life, made more interesting.” — we work to build a society that respects diverse ways of living, through our Ikikata business (festivals and events) and our Style business (apparel you wear as a way of living).
From Gifu, by choice.
Rather than relocating our headquarters to Tokyo, we deliberately chose a regional base in Gifu. Staying rooted in the community while building businesses that meet global standards from here — that is the Liiivv stance. With a NASDAQ listing in 2040 as a long-term goal, we have been building governance, disclosure and compliance frameworks to global standards from our earliest days.
